Philadelphia Prime Movers closing ceremony, May 16

Next Wednesday, May 16th, the National Constitution Center will host a closing ceremony for Philadelphia’s Prime Movers,  from 10 a.m. till noon.

The Prime Movers program, which is based at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., sends veteran journalists and academics to urban schools to assist students in making media projects. This year’s ceremony will be emceed by recently retired Philadelphia Daily News columnist Elmer Smith.
